1. Live Demo & Evaluation

  • Live Demo: We offer a comprehensive, guided Live Demo to help you evaluate WazLine’s features, including the shared inbox and 24-hour window mechanics.
  • No Free Trial: We do not currently offer an automated free trial. We strongly encourage you to utilize the demo and ask detailed questions to ensure the product meets your workflow needs before subscribing.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your WazLine subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].
  • Effect: Cancellation stops the auto-renewal for the next billing cycle. You will retain access to your dashboard until the end of your current paid month.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable SaaS Fees: Due to the real-time costs of server hosting and API maintenance, all WazLine subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused services.
  • Meta Charges: Any conversation charges paid to Meta (for Template messages) are external to WazLine and are strictly non-refundable by us.

4. Service Termination & Data

  • Data Export: Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your chat data before your access is terminated.
  • Re-Activation: If you choose to reactivate your subscription later, we cannot guarantee that your previous configuration or chat history will be instantly recoverable if a significant time has passed.

5. Payment Disputes

All WazLine subscription charges are processed via Stripe. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. Creating a chargeback dispute without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account and data.
