1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Client”) and Evonicsoft (“Company”), the operator of WazLine. By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description & API Limitations

WazLine is a SaaS dashboard that enables teams to manage a WhatsApp Business API number.

  • API Dependency: You acknowledge that WazLine operates on the WhatsApp Business API. Connecting your number to our platform will disable the standard WhatsApp mobile app on your physical device for that number.
  • Platform Stability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to dependencies on Meta’s global infrastructure.

3. Messaging Rules & The 24-Hour Window

To prevent spam, WhatsApp enforces strict messaging rules that WazLine adheres to:

3.1 The 24-Hour Customer Service Window (CSW)

  • Session Messages (Free-form): When a customer messages you, a 24-hour “Session” window opens. During this period, your agents can reply with free-form text, media, and files.
  • Window Expiry: Once 24 hours have passed since the customer’s last message, the session closes. Your agents cannot send free-form replies after this window closes.

3.2 Template Messages (Paid)

  • Re-opening the Window: To message a customer outside the 24-hour window (or to start a new conversation), you must use a pre-approved “Template Message”.
  • Approval: Templates must be submitted to and approved by Meta before use.
  • Costs: Template messages are not free. They incur per-conversation charges directly from Meta (see Section 4).

4. Subscription Fees & Meta Charges

4.1 WazLine Subscription

  • SaaS Fee: You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) as listed on our website. This fee covers the use of the WazLine dashboard, hosting, and support features.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.

4.2 Meta / WhatsApp Conversation Charges (Excluded)

  • Not Included: Your WazLine subscription fee DOES NOT include WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta.
  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for paying Meta’s fees for “Business-Initiated” (Template) and “User-Initiated” conversations. These charges are variable based on your country and message volume.
  • Billing: Depending on your setup, these charges may be billed directly by Meta to your attached credit card in your Facebook Business Manager.

5. Account Usage & Restrictions

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use WazLine to send spam, illegal content, or prohibited goods/services in violation of WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.
  • Account Bans: Evonicsoft is not liable if your phone number is banned or restricted by WhatsApp due to policy violations (e.g., high block rates or spam reports).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the WazLine platform, including software code, user interface designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Evonicsoft.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Evonicsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
